Living in Eternal Mode
By His grace His will He showed
Living in Eternal Mode
To figure the best of many choices
Listen for the most distinct of voices
Obedience is to eschew
What we think is best to do
In deference to our Spirit ears
And eyes a choice appears
Without a hint of compulsion
Or self will’s revulsion
Freely offered, freely taken
Encouragement unmistaken
Having listened, odds are good
That we do the one we should
Without result of selfish pride
But a joyful fellowship inside.
